An incredible amount of compensation. Not to discredit the fact that this man may deserve this amount of money for his suffering and loss of income and enjoyment of life. I do feel it is excessive These sorts of decisions will have a huge impact on the way employers conduct business and in turn will have an impact on costs for everyone
