Meeting on the professional skeeball circuit, Shirley, Leslie, Sean and Dave formed a lasting bond. After Leslie sustained a career ending wrist injury, the four decided to walk away from the world of professional skeeball for thier second love, performing stage versions of Hong Kong Phooey! cartoons. When that failed to find an audience, the 4 tried their hand at this rock & roll thing that had been all the rage with the kids at the ol' soda shoppe. Well it worked. Soon enough, youngsters were traveling over 2 miles to shake thier hips to Hygiene Wilder's stone groove. But soon the rock grew larger than the quartette could handle. Steve had just come off a long sucessfull career of describing episodes of Jake and the Fat Man to the blind and was looking for something new. One night while chasing a pigeon that had stolen his car keys, he found himself in front of the stage for one of HW's performances. He immediately sold all his worldly posessions to join the band. With this solid line up, Hygiene Wilder stands on the verge of world domination.
