Hyman Stansky began piano lessons at age nine and played trumpet in the junior high band. On a visit to Nashville for a day of recording, he dreamed of the day when he would own his own studio. He was a soloist and pianist for college choirs and later traveled with a nine-person contemporary Christian group, playing keyboards and writing charts. After four years on the road, he began a business career and sold music equipment to international distributors. Both at church and in business, his life has revolved around music.
As sole owner of Harbor House Studios, a world-class recording facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, he produces and arranges music while fulfilling his dream to serve the needs of others. He has completed his first easy-listening piano solo CD and DVD, with additional releases planned for July 2007.
