I love new releases..I'm at Blockbuster every Tuesday. I'm an avid reader...books{fiction and non fiction} magazines{ On TV i watch Lost, Des.Housewives, Footballers Wives, ER ,Nip/Tuck, The Richs( can you belive they canceled it??? First Moonlight now this....I am starting to HATE TV), Instant Star. We live near several rivers and lakes so we're on the water alot.Im not far from the snow but I hate the cold. Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy. I love my business and get great pleasure in helping people in a constructive way.
Birth.I am a birth junkie and belive that woman are divinly designed to birth babies, WITHOUT horriable pain.I know some of you out there think no way! 9 times out of ten Im left watching movies by myself because I love Sundance films and everyone around here thinks their to brainy. My favorite movie is 'what the bleep do we know.....' I recomend it to all my clients before they come in for a session. The second is Bastard out of Carolina, the book is great too.The movie stays with you for days afterwards and makes you think and feel the girls courage and strength. My favorite documentry is What Babies Want.Television
I got DISH with DVR . No more comercials!!!!!!!!!! Now I watch way less TV because I can avoid the channel surfing virus and just watch what I want when I want.Now if they would just sop canceling the shows I love...Journeyman, Pushing Daisies(sob) Moonlight, The Richs. Stupid lower your IQ crap stays for years on TV but fun, witty, sexy shows disappear. Why????Books
I love reading Lisa Jackson Fay Kellerman and Maggie Shayne.Im a true book slut...I read them, enjoy them and then forget all about them. My husband had to build me a wall unit for all my books on New Thought, Hypnosis, Childbirth and childrens books{fav All I see is part of me} Now if I could just learn to spell!!Heroes
My heros are my 3 adopted kids~ they have been through so much that should have destoyed their spirits yet the are truely kind and loveing kids...Each day I learn more and more how great the world is because of them and how strong and wise I have become with them in my life. My other hero is my auntie Carolini.She is truely a wise woman and I lucky to be raise by her. I hope one day to have some of her grace and wisdom.

Eliminate all BUTs from your life. Think about what the effect of BUT is in your communication to yourself and others. When we talk to ourselves we often use BUT to distort our reality in a way that leads us to go down familiar negative paths. We tell ourself a postive and then use BUT to take it away a lot of times. We tell someone that we love them and then we spoil it by saying BUT this is happening which our special person interprets as we don't really love them. I am successful BUT I am not as motivated as I want to be. Does this take away from the pleasure of being successful or does it take away the success altogether.
Use the word AND instead; you will find that you are more at peace with yourself, and your friends and family appreciate the positive talk. You will even find it easier to get rid of that other BUTT when you stop using BUT altogether.

You hold your answers. So many times people look for answers to who they are or what they want by searching outside. It is as if someone else knows them better than they do. Think about who you talk to the most. If you said someone else you might want to reconsider that answer. Through the years I have found that the person we talk to the most is ourselves. We are continually talking to ourselves to discuss feelings, decisions, and to change the meaning of what we are experiencing at the time. This process of inner talk is one of the key secrets to how we create our reality.
You already know the answer to your questions most of the time. The challenge is actually accepting it for what it is. In your perfect world how would you like to be this week, next week and the weeks to come? You are in charge of who you are today and the next so have some fun with it my friend.
