In November 2008 I took part in the November Solo Album Month project. You can read more about it here : http://nasoalmo.org
As a result of this I re-discovered my 'electronic' side. You can hear my 'acoustic' side here http://myspace.com/imadethebbc
The demos on this page are 2 of the songs I wrote & recorded for nasoalmo
Each song for that project was written and recorded in 2 hours.
I've been experimenting with some interesting software and I hope to start using this live. Mixing acoustic songs with electronic songs. I'm sure there's a genre there somewhere.

Art Sake.
After attending an Arts Council conference I wondered if anything would come out of it.
This is what came out of it. I think it's like a Royksopp type thing but probably not as slick.
"...between you and me I would rather be free..."
The drums and percussion parts are loops. The synths are mostly Pro52 (prophet), MiniMoog (all software versions of course). I process some of the vocal using CamelPhat.
Don't Push Your Luck.
This is a throwback to early 1980s synth pop Heaven 17 meets Human League (yes I know) meets Fad Gadget.
Somebody needs to kill these celebrities and put us out of our misery.
Lots and lots of synths. Apart from the Pro52 I think I used Absynth on this too. More CamelPhat and CamelSpace on the vocals. Some of the backing vocals are pitched down an octave.
