Fondato da Gianni Oddi nel 1991, "Ialsax Quartet" propone il progetto musicale ~ Jazz, Classica ed Altro ~. Un itinerario musicale attraverso il quale il quartetto accompagna l'ascoltatore tra le poliritmie del jazz, le forme severe della musica classica fino ai colori della musica "attuale". "Ialsax Quartet" ha registrato per la "Pentaphon" il CD "Contrasti" (CDS 072), ha tenuto numerosi concerti e partecipato a trasmissioni radiofoniche della RAI e di Radio Vaticana.

Gianni Oddi
Ha studiato pianoforte con A. They e sassofono con A. Fusco e B. Maestri. E stato per molti anni 1° Sax Alto dell'Orchestra di Musica Leggera della RAI di Roma. Ha insegnato pianoforte al Conservatorio L. Refice di Frosinone. Solista in numerose colonne sonore composte e dirette dal M° E. Morricone, svolge attività concertistica e didattica in Italia e all'estero.
[ He graduated in Piano with A.They and Saxophone with A.Fusco and B.Maestri. He played for many years as Lead of Alto Sax in the RAI (Italian National Television) Studio Band of Rome. He taught piano at the Frosinone Conservatory “L.Refice”. He plays as one of the best solos prefered by Ennio Morricone and is currently involved in concerts and educational activities in Italy and abroad. ]

Si diploma in sassofono, musica jazz e musica elettronica presso il Conservatorio di Frosinone. Partecipa a numerosi festival quali: Clusone Jazz, Atina Jazzz, Cantiere Internaz.dell’Arte, Barga Jazz, Pescara Jazz, Fadjr Music Festival (Teheran), Europa Festival. Vanta collaborazioni prestigiose con: P. Erskine, P. Daniellson, J. Newton, E. Colombo, E. Pieranunzi, G. Trovesi, S. Battaglia, S. Benni, J. Taylor, P. Damiani.

Si diploma in Sassofono col massimo dei voti presso il Conservatorio di Frosinone sotto la guida del M° Bettazzi. Collabora con i jazzisti più famosi quali: T. De Piscopo, S. Di Battista, F. e D. Piana, P. Iodice, M. Corvini, R. Biseo, C. Santucci. 1° Classificato miglior talento emergente al concorso “S.Anna Arresi e Mentana”. Registra in qualità di leader 2 CD “Subzero” e “Lavori in Corso”.
Marco Guidolotti
Si diploma in clarinetto al Conservatorio "A. Casella" dell'Aquila sotto la guida del M° Domenico Lanzara. Ha suonato al Jazz Festival di Nyons (Francia), al Barga Jazz Festival, al "TheatreRoyal" di Mons (Belgio), a "Jazz & Image Villa Celimontana" (Roma), ha collaborato inoltre con numerosi musicisti tra i quali: Sandro Satta, Riccardo Biseo, Sandro Deidda, Pietro Iodice, Gegè Munari, Giorgio Rosciglione, Antonello Vannucchi, Stefano Di Battista, Ada Montellanico, Bruno Tommaso.
