FIGARO is the name for solo electro music project of Aidan Casserly, the lead singer of both Empire State Human and The Garland Cult.
Respected within the scene for his strong and versatile singing voice with ESH and TGC and his song writing abilities, Aidan has also been rather busy behind the scenes working on his Figaro debut album “I Am Figaro” and in doing so, has brought together the production skills of Turboscreamers, DonQuibeats, John Giacobello, Macondo and Steve Olaf among others to complete the tracks, which include a re-recording of “Hand On The Gun” (Empire State Human), “Cautious”, “Baby’s Got Soul”, “Shifting Sand”, “The Passenger” (Iggy Pop cover), “Muzik Elektronika”, “More Of A Stranger”, “Stare”, “Born”, “La Mariposa” and “Hand On The Gun-Reprise”, whilst mixing electro, techno, pop, jazz and soul to create a fluid and diverse set of songs in the process. His exclusive cover of Sparks “Number One Song In Heaven” features on the UK charity CD “A Rainbow Over The Freeway” is gaining positive press and feedback. Welcome to the world of Figaro!

There's a new BIG STICK photo that features us posing with a "celebrity" who is more illusive than we.
And there's a small collection of Yanna's very own drag strip photography. Included in her drag strip pics is our friend Johnny Kelly's (of TYPE O NEGATIVE) beautiful 1970 Dodge SuperBee muscle car. There's also pics of a sweet dragster and even a 42 foot tall fire breathing robot.
