Shell	Feb 8 2009 4:26 PM I hate being itchy and having eczema which is how I react to gluten, and yet it is so hard to walk away from it. Its really hard for me to remember what I can can not eat becase I have ADD as well. I try to eat alot of fish, rice, potatoes and fruits..veggies.
