Northstation is Dublin musician Steve Fanagan. Steve began recording as Northstation in 1999, when he provided the soundtrack for a collection of short films. 2001 saw the release of the first Northstation album, ‘plink.plonk’, a collection of songs originally compiled for the din sound exhibition. Just wanted to let you know that we have proudly released a new Glitch/IDM/Downtempo album by the two Scottish founders of the Section 27 netlabel, Nonima & theAudiologist, titled, 'Almost Tomorrow'. The album is a dynamically crafted work of art, with constantly mutating sounds and textures, over stuttered popping beats, with layers of intricite glitches weaving around the nostalgic melodies, creating a unique wall of sound. The release is available for free download, from our page or the link below, where the tracks can also be previewed. Just click the image to be directed to the page!
New free Herv digital album out now on Cock Rock Disco!
Hi there,
Just a quick note to let you know that I have a new free digital release out now on Cock Rock Disco if you would like to take a listen.
Heres what label owner Jason Forrest / Dj Donna Summer had to say!
Herv: "Not figuratively, but literally in love with Music..."
"Ireland's sexiest laptopper lands his latest mini-album on Cock Rock Disco! "Not figuratively, but literally in love with Music..." is a rave inspired experimental break-acid-core thrill ride of endless ideas and possibilities. Herv packs a lot into the 8 tracks; melodies evolve and twist, beats fracture and congeal and synths collide! It's exciting! But that's not all, it comes with 2 cd designs and a freakin A0 sized poster! Whoa! Can't beat the value in that!"
Trailer for the movie looks awesome man. Give my regards to the lads for it! Musics pretty kick ass too! I'm so glad someone finally used that old creepy basement for filming something like this. Also i knew you and robbie we're mutants. been saying it for years! lol
Everyone at indiecater records would like to wish you a happy summer and let you know that there is an indiepop song from the Very Most available to download FREE from our site!
