Have you ever seen them play? All the fans sing Celtic songs, there is a excellent piece in the book 'Celtic Minded' from one of their fans that comparing the social beliefs of the Celtic fans with their own, and ths facist slant of SV and the Huns. When we played SV in the 90's the St Pauli fans petitioned the local police to award the match derby status as they were taking about 6000 fans to support the hoops. The Celtic shops are now stocking St Pauli merchandise also, so if you need a new top thats where to go.
Can't think off 1 good thing to say about the derby, Wattie the Tattie had the Orcs set up to avoid defeat total anti-football, gordon strapon's no better though! I will get the dvd sorted over the next couple of days and get it out to you. Watched the german budesliga highlights last nite, had to educate my son sean about sv hamburg being facist nazi's and st pauli fans having a social consience and therefore making them the acceptable face of the city, the bhoys learning.
