hey Ian! i don't check myspace all too often- but i just got your message! Yay for chicago! As for suggestions- Depends what scene you are looking for- lincoln park/lakeview if you want to be close to bars, restaurants, park, and lake--- wrigleyville if u live for cubs season (but there are some nicer quieter areas of wrigley that i love too) - or bucktown or wicker park if you are more into the low key hipster type of scene... regardless- chicago is great! (in the summer, spring and fall that is) let me know when you get here and we can grab drinks and catch up!
HEY!!! So I got my American Theater Magazine yesterday and I was reading the article about this year's Humana Festival...AND...CONGRATULATIONS!!! The writer gave total props to "I am not Batman"!!! He said...and I quote "This may be why I found the shorter compositions refreshing; a standout was Maarco Ramirez's 'I Am Not Batman', which won the festival's Hedemann Award for 10-minute plays with its affecting display of youthful bravado and street percussion." HOW EXCITING!

Holy Crap! I miss you too! There's an ATL flyer up on the bulletin board over here. There's a picture of Uncle Sam's (and for some reason they decided to cut me out of it...) and there's a picture of the current apprentices...and I looked at Emily and realized how much I miss you. No offense to your wife...but I know you better. Does that make sense? I'm sort of really tired right now...
