I'm a freelance journalist, at the moment mainly writing on rock music. I'm the author of 'Hawkwind - Sonic Assassins' and 'Strange Boat - Mike Scott & The Waterboys'.

I regularly contribute to 'Record Collector' magazine and have also written for 'The Guardian', 'Bass Guitar', 'Aural Innovations', 'Credit Today' and 'Commercial Credit Risk'. The latter two aren't very rock 'n' roll.
