[FR] I and High c'est 4 musiciens passionés des années 70 qui tentent d'apporter a l'aide d'un groove solide et puissant, une image, on l'espère originale, mais surtout personelle du reggae.
Eclectiques avant tout, on peut retrouver à travers leurs compostitions un soupçon de jazz, et des nuances soul/funk; ayant pour objectif de ranimer une conscience "oldies" désormais occultée par certains de nos contemporains.
Formation à la base constituée de 4 amis; Après l'écriture de textes et la création de compositions début 2006, le groupe investi son temps à la recherche de musiciens motivés pour une aventure I and High.
Un travail de structure intensif, sous l'impulsion d'un nouveau batteur, a permis au groupe de se produire et d'entamer le projet d'un futur album.

[GB] I and High it's 4 musicians keen on the 70's. It's with a strong and powerfull groove than we try to bring an original picture but particulary personal of reggae and soul music.
Ecletic above all, we can find trough our compositions a hint of Jazz, and Soul / Funk touch; The aim is to make the oldies spirit revival wich is occulted by one part of today musicians.
At start, the band was created by 4 friends; After a work of song writing and music compositions at the beginning of the year 2006, the band began to look for new musicians motivated by an I and High adventure.
After an hard-working on structures thanks to the new drummer, we could start concerts and record the first album.
