About Ian Dorsch

Ian Dorsch is a spectacularly versatile musician, a singer, conductor, award-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist who is equally at home in a concert hall, rock club or recording studio. As a classical musician, Ian has been a soloist and choral conductor with ensembles all around Western Washington, including the Bellingham Chamber Players, Skagit Opera, Starry Nights Orchestra, Skagit Chorale and Whatcom Symphony. He currently directs the Grays Harbor Civic Choir. As a composer for games and other media, Ian has contributed music to several independent games and is the winner of the 2004 Game Audio Network Guild composition contest. His memorable themes can be heard in several podcasts, including The Escapist Magazine's Escape Radio. Ian was also the frontman and primary songwriter for the pioneering Seattle-area progressive metal act Chiaroscuro.

I'm really mad cause it was 8 weeks of vicious pirate on zombie action. And to top it off I had a lightsaber. but anyways I'm glad to see you're still kicking ass with music. I saw jeff's shit too. So where's the Chiaroscuro tribute page? I'd offer to put it up but i'm gonna need another recording of your stuff cause my stuff is a good 5 years old and didn't really survive middle school.
