Iberian Records - based in Lisbon and Barcelona - has as its principal objectives the release of bass musics - Dubstep, Grime, Toxic Dancehall, Kuduro, Techno Dub, Dub and similar styles
The founders of Iberian Records are behind two projects related to the Dubstep movement: Conspira (Portugal) - a Portuguese duo that make up Unidade Sonora and Corsario Riddim - two producers, 23Hz and Numaestro, that are in Barcelona. This label is effectively the first label in the Iberian Peninsula to release Dubstep tracks.
The records are distributed by S.T. Holdings one of the most important distributors of Drum & Bass and Dubstep in the world, and the mastering will be the responsibility of the well-known London based Transition Mastering Studios.

DOT DOT DASH (Buraka Som Sistema remix) (A side)
First up are Lisbon's Kuduro warriors Buraka Som Sistema with a remix of Relocate's "Dot Dot Dash". Clever micro samples from the original rub are married to an absolutely slamming b-line to create a full on floor-filler full of original flava which very successfully merges UK bass to the Portuguese sound.
ORIGINS (B side)
On the flip we have "Origins" from Relocate ; which sees their unique stripped down sub-heavy bassline boogie to full effect. Relocate come up trumps once again with a full on roller of a track with trademark gliding bass dives and punchy stabs from a classic sidestepper Zed Bias sample and a very much house meets dubstep type of vibe.

TOO MOODY TO SWING (A side)
"Too Moody To Swing" is a deep roller based around a driving sub bass groove, cool fx and swinging beats - bringing a housey flavour.
DOT DOT DASH (B side)
"Dot Dot Dash" uses a more-techy sub bass boogie with crunchy swinging beats combined to a spoken jazz voice and warping bass drops.
Both tunes have been smashing the dance and the airwaves, and have got the support of... N-Type, Rob Smith aka RSD from Smith & Mighty, Bunzer0, Boomnoise & Sgt. Pokes, Markle, Kidkut, Ben UFO, Scuba, Rossi B & Luca, Dj Rupture and Josh Brent from mythical Schatrax Recordings among others.

AL-ANDALUS (A side)
Al-Andalus is a perfect example of the “Mediterranean” sound being developed by 23Hz + Numaestro. Starting with a vocal sample from Moroccan music the introduction is joined by an accordion type riff – curiously sounding not too dissimilar to Augusto Pablo’s distinctive melodica sound.
This track oozes distinctive character and is guaranteed to lift the dance floor as well as providing a deep meditative vibe. Road tested by Numaestro on dubplate it has levelled dances right across Spain and beyond as well as being picked up by many of the DJs on Sub FM and figuring in many of the top tens of DJs in the dubstep community over recent months. You are advised not to sleep on this one!
PRAISE DUB (B side)
Starting with a vocal sample from Algerian music - a short introduction leads to the drop. Then a rampaging descending scale bass line comes into play set against tight stepping swinging beats. High strings and atmospheric fx, together with the vocal sample are spliced into the tune to give texture. This is an exercise in energetic bass n beats, referencing early jump -up jungle and two-step swing - given the trademark 23Hz+Numaestro Mediterranean twist.
A real goodtime club banger - this tune has been a fixture in Numaestro's DJ sessions proving to be a crowd fave!
"El secreto" es el primero de los cuatro cuentos que hacen referencia al titulo del libro " El Gran Cultivador". Éste será el último post hasta la edición del mismo. He estado hablando con varias editoriales, valorando vararias posibilidades de edición libre y he tomado una decisión: la publicación será con Bubock . Debido a una serie de cuestiones personales ( la puta pasta, jejeje, tengo tres hijas ) no tengo clara la fecha de la publicación, espero que sea lo antes posible . Estos últimos cuatro meses han sido muy creativos para mi, he imaginado y escrito aproximadamente una treintena de cuentos , el último de ellos "El caminante". Algunos cuentos bastante más largos, con lo cual le estoy dando otra dimensión a mi obra . Pido disculpas a todos los amigos de éstas páginas, puesto que mi tiempo se ha ido más en la creatividad y debido a la crisis he tenido que emplear más tiempo en mi negocio para que siga funcionando y realmente he pasado muy poco por aquí . Sin más dilación aquí os dejo el cuento y espero que el libro se publique, porque sino, jamás sabreis quién es El Gran Cultivador. EL SECRETO No recuerdo exactamente cuanto tiempo llevo aquí , pero debe de rondar los 700 años. 700 años bajo tierra, con la piel quemada, desnuda y mojada, y por descontado muerta. Año 1300 dC. La comitiva inquisitorial se acerca al pueblo de Massanet de la Selva, desde Hostalric. El viaje es secreto. Se ha de evitar a toda costa que ”la niña” hable con nadie. El párroco de la iglesia ha hecho llegar a manos del obispo una carta en la cual relata que días atrás llegó al pueblo la mencionada niña, asegurando ser un custodio de la gran verdad.
