For a genre that's foundations are rooted in individuality, the hardcore genre has given birth to hordes of cookie-cutter bands, of which’s success is often measured by their ability to imitate the stereotype. Every once in a while however, a band surfaces that sets the circles of influence into motion. Remarkably harnessing exceedingly more intensity than the typical hardcore approach by utilizing melody, I CALL THIS SAFETY. approaches creating their music with an emotive and heart-wrenching attack that is equal parts brutality and beauty.

Hey Ryan its cool man anytime. Yeah I'm heading home from Uni next week to present some material to the drummer and guitarist so we'll see how that goes. I may even lay some tracks down and put em on myspace but we'll see how it goes.

no worries mate. Hunter is a toronto based band consisting of the drummer from alexisonfire and 2 members of Moneen. it's not MY band :P lol. my band is Of Soldiers and Saints. but i'm glad you like Hunter's stuff. they just started and need mad support. Oldschool Punk FTW.
