WE ARE AN ESTABLISHED MANCHESTER INDIE/ROCK BAND WITH OUR OWN SONGS AND IDEAS AND WE ARE AUDITIONING FOR A NEW FRONTMAN/SINGER/WRITER TO HELP COMPLETE OUR SONGS AND TO COLLABORATE WITH IN OUR NEW 24/7 STUDIO SPACE.
ANY PERSON WISHING TO AUDITION MUST BE SERIOUS ABOUT MUSIC, PROFFESIONAL WITH PLENTY OF CHARACTER, ENTHUSIASM, AMBITION, MOTIVATION AND STAGE PRESENCE AND MUST ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY TO WRITE/CO-WRITE WORDS, LYRICS AND MELODYS, MOST IMPORTANTLY THOUGH IS TO HAVE YOUR OWN STYLE AND VOICE THAT STANDS OUT FROM THE REST.
WE ARE ALL MID TO LATE 20'S SO WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 21-30.

ATHLON64
We are a new band to the Manchester scene, a collective of members from 3 other succesful indie bands from salford, oldham and stockport.
We have been playing together since early 2007 and are currently recruiting for a new singer song writer to complete our line up.
Our sound is raw, our songs are driving and our motivation is frustration, our songs reflect the world around us, the towns we live in, the people we know, the things we see and do, we write what we like and we say what we know.
We have taken our songs off the player for the time being and are now keeping the good stuff under wraps but if you would like an idea of what were about then check out our video below, in the video section or via the youtube link.
Please note we are auditioning for a frontman/singer/songwriter right now and anybody interested providing they have the balls to sing their back out with passion and enthusiasm can contact us through myspace or direct to our door on the below address. Any serious enquiries are dealt with quickly and an audition/jam can usually be arranged within 24-48hrs, to save time on the auditions we ask anybody who wants to come down to get the grasp of the song in the video and we'll play through this on the night along with a few instrumental ideas which you can write to and/or sing your own lyrics to. We are also very interested in anybody with their own songs and we would definately like someone to collaborate with.
