i've told you about sun kil moon. its pretty much a solo project by a guy named mark kozelek who is one of my heroes. his album tiny cities (a modest mouse cover, dont be thrown off) is really nice cold weather music. i like young coyotes..(my best friend produced them so im biased but you can let me know what you think).. i am enjoying the band called grand archives right now and page frances new project Cotton Jones...
Haha, it's a video on city search that promotes Cafe Monet. It's so cheesy, they didn't even use any of my speaking lines though! I'm a great method actor and did brilliantly, I don't understand! Whatever though it's still a good laugh.
I think it's so much better than Rabbit Fur Coat. The album itself was good but it lacked something... Acid Tongue has that something though. I think it's probably he strongest collection of songs since More Adventurous and definitely a perfect pop album. Every song is great, and her voice is just the gift that keeps on giving.
haha, Anna and I came up with those together. I was fucking around to see what I could add to the site and saw that I could write my own profile questions and just as I was thinking "now what random stuff could I ask?" Anna called and we probably spent a couple hours on the phone giggling like idiots. I'm debating linking Tilly to that place. They would either think we're cracked-out weirdos or dig it. I sent them all the event invites that I sent out when I first made it, but nobody looks at those. ha I came to Omaha to see Tilly (duh) and then I'm playing some shows! Derek and Nick came to my show the other night at Hotel Frank and I have one tomorrow night at Slowdown that I've been pimping to all the Tillies that I see...and I actually have seen at least one Tilly everyday so far. Amazing luck. Unfortunately my show next Saturday is competing with another show at the same time...that not only will decrease people at my show, but I want to go to too!!! But mine is at PS Collective and the other is at The Waiting Room (dunno if you went to Benson, but those venues are like a block apart) and I just saw Derek and Jamie and they told me people show-hop at those a lot, so I'ma have to do that. Cuz Bear Country and Baby Walrus and ORENDA are playing at the other one. Shit! There's like 10 bands playing at that one, though, so it'll prolly go all night! Hopefully all the hot people will play late and I can play my show and then run over...although I should watch the other bands I'm playing with cuz that's polite...I'll just run back and forth all night! It'll be good exercise! ha!

I'm just curious what it does when you're signing up...I almost created another account just to see! ha!
