I hate flying when I know the drunk-ass pilot, (wink wink Lou & Vicky). I love the rain forest in Puerto Rico, and the stops for rum on the ride back. I love climbing the hill to the church in St. Thomas to ring the bell at midnight, if we're being polite. If we're being naughty, it could be 3 a.m. when we make that sucker peal. I love flying bridges, and calling a fender a bumper. I hate the galley when there are white caps. I love the Hurricane Hole in Nassau. Actually, I love all marinas. I love colored lights on the water. I love the Xanadu Princess. I love Caesar's, and I love Circus Circus too. I hate/love missing David Copperfield for a hot streak on the Black Jack table. I love Bobby Black's catch-of-the-day extravaganzas in Fresh Creek. I love the swell of the ocean and the sky full of stars on the open waters. I love it when you lay me down under the stars on a deserted beach in Abaco. I love the way the Calypso band can't quite hit the high notes in 'Shining Star,' and I love a warm and glowing fire.
