Biography:
Tha story of Ron Jones's (Lil'Doe a.k.a Icey Weather) begins in Roanoke Virgina with his Mother Michelle Coppola and his two baby brother siblings Antonio and Anthony Reynolds. Lil'Doe never though he would end up being a rapper but he always used to watch other music artist perform on television and other accesories. One day after watching television he decided to see if could write a rap at tha age of 13 as soon as he picked up the pen stuff started flowing from his mind that he wrote on paper Lil'Doe's first rap was titled foundation after he wrote this he told his mom about it and he seemed to be real serious about doing rap business. But he kept continuing to constantly write but Lil'Doe dream really didn't start until he moved to Farmont West Virginia with his mom and siblings. Later on he had met a young boy by the name of Von Howard (Von J) who later gained interest for the rap game both of them together created a group called the 304 Boyz and made a non perfessional version of short songs using a laptop but then things started to take place one day Lil'Doe went to his mom and asked would she be the manager of the group so she became the manager of the group a year after that a kid by the name of Travon Horton (T-Grand) heard the cd and asked could he join the group so they accepted him in the group. Then a few months later a boy by the name of Jamar Foster (J-Shine) had an interest and wanted to join the group they accepted him into the group and then ended up getting another member of the group later on by the name of Reggie Standard (Junior) together these 5 made a song called 304 but one day when these 5 were in Lil'Does house a female came in Lil'Does house by the name of Miah Foster (MiMi) and ended up helping some of the squad by adding some flavor the boyz ended up writing her a part of the song and heared her spitten the rap they admediantly added her to the group so when they had added a female artist to the group they decided to changed their names to the 304 Squad and later on they started on another song titled Life Goes On another female artist by the name of Shanice Howard (Shanice) had started to sing a part for the song so she also admediantly accepted her in the group these 7 worked together to make ther first demo cd titled It's Our Time To Shine and the group still does the same thing to this very day
