About me:

WHO ARE WE?..
Live Life Then Give Life (Registered Charity Number 1123333) aims to raise awareness of the chronic lack of organ donors in the UK.

Live Life Then Give Life helps give those affected by transplant a voice within the media, educates the public with literature, talks and events, and supports those in need of a vital transplant, which due to the terrible shortage of donors in the UK may never come.


There are over 8000 people in the UK waiting for an organ transplant right now, and last year 1000 people died whose lives could have been saved.


WHY DID LLTGL COME ABOUT?..
Emily - who needed a life-saving double lung transplant - and her friend Emma teamed up and launched the Live Life Then Give Life campaign in March 2006. After success beyond all expectation, Live Life Then Give Life is now a registered charity and working tirelessly to raise awareness and save more lives.


Three people die every day in the UK whose lives could have been saved by a Transplant.

I am embarking on an artistic journey (so to speak) through the words, photos or artwork from myself and people around the world.     My goal of this journey is to show society in general that no matter how many differences we have whether they be religious,

    Thanks for the lovely comment! I'm sorry to report the kidney stopped working just before Christmas, i'm doing well though, going back on dialysis and back on the transplant list. Fingers crossed 3rd time lucky! :)
