Hashing is a non-competitive cross country run through varied terrain. Hashers follow a trail set by "hares". The FRB's or FROP'S get to find the trail; so the BOP's and SCB's don't run nearly as far. Hashing is to competitive running what slo-pitch is to major league baseball. If you enjoy good times and a few (or many, many) cold beers you're hasher material.

I have a proposal: If you've noticed, I've missed the last two runs and will miss the next... my schedule at work does this to me... I am guaranteed to miss half of the hashes this year, unless: If we move the schedule up or back one week I will make them all... kicker, It would have to change again next year. This is kind of like daylight savings, only its Anal Whistler savings. Sounds pretty selfish, but I want to drink to... Later days ON ON
