    Oh, that's exciting! I talked to Allen about it just a few minutes ago about all the info on your house.
    It sounds exciting and I'm jealous you get a washer and dryer with it! When will you know if you're approved?

    Oh, I wouldn't be nervous about it. I don't know where all the rumors are coming from, but the site I gave you is word for word (pretty much) what Obama outlined when he finalized the stimulis. I can't say for sure the site I gave you was Government developed because it didn't say .gov, but you should Google and see if you can find anything in the .gov sites about it and that would be the FOR SURE info. I didn't think you could take it early. If so we might, but I doubt it.

    The house stuff is coming along very, very well for us! We went into contract March 15th and we close April 28th. Our loan is through HUD-184 instead of standard FHA because of Josh's Indian-ness. It's WAY better than FHA and I'm happy his blood gets it for us. It's bascially set up like a Veteran loan... Only 1 point on the loan, no PMI, only .0225% down, and some other stuff I can't remember. The only down side was we had to add 15 days to our close date for the underwriting process. We had our inspection last week and it was like a roller coaster of emotions! We had already had the seller agree to pay $3500 of closing costs, but during inspection, the inspector decided the house needed to be put on 5 piers (which is standard in OK because of our clay), the chimney's siding needed to be completely replaced, the toilets needed to be reset, and 3 windows needed to be replaced. All of these things looked COMPLETELY fine, but they were $6,000 of repairs. Fortunately, the seller also agreed to pay for these and get us all the warranty information, so we're very happy. The only downside is that once the house is on piers, we'll have to wait 6 months to paint because the structure of the house shifts. You hardly notice, but the paint could crack and it would be a waste. So yah... all that done. Got the insurance with our Auto insurer and locked in at a 4.9% interest rate today (I was really excited about that). So everything is done except for one more meeting with the bank and the actual date of close where we hand over all the mulah.
    How are you guys doing with all your stuff? My Dad said that Allen said ya'll put an offer on a house in Valencia? I haven't seen Allen since Thursday, so I didn't know if he misheard or if you really did - exciting!

I just found out the other day that the Wicked tour is coming to Tulsa!! I just about peed my pants I was so excited!! Wait...you know what just ignore that last sentence...

    It's different but it's amazing feeling him move. I just don't like him in my ribs lol it hurts. I know I am lucky with that. A lot people that are less preggo are bigger than me lol. I am. I am in my anxious stage right now. I just want him here.
