We are proud to call ourselves veterans and Virginians and every time we see one of these plates we will remember those who did not come home.”
With the Governor’s signature, the law will go into effect on November 1, 2008. The Iraqi Freedom Veteran’s Plate Project is working with the Department of Motor Vehicles to have the plates ready as soon as possible. The IFVPP will continue to update veterans on the progress of the plate production and availability at their website www.myspace.com/ifvplate.
