Ignacio Val has known that he wanted to be involved in music since he was a child and was convinced that he was born to be an artist. At the age of 17 he wrote his first song and entered his senior class talent competition. He won and performed his song for his senior class at prom. He knew this was only a stepping stone in getting closer to his dream of becoming an artist. At the age of 19, he left his home town in Bolivia to follow his dream and moved to the states.
In 2005, Ignacio Val joined the legendary Franco De Vita on tour throughout South America to sing with him one of Franco’s greatest hits “Si La Ves” and since then has been playing through out Southern California in a variety of venues and Festivals such as, Fiesta Broadway, LA Sports Arena, the historic The Whisky a Go-Go, the LALIFF, the Knitting Factory, The Temple Bar, The Gig, The Rumba Room, B.B King’s, The Joint and The Good Hurt among others. Gaining a solid LA fan base, Ignacio has gone on to opening for the CHIVAS USA at the Home Depot Center , and has performed at Univision Networks Morning show “Primera Edicion.” Ignacio Val entered the “Cinco Minutos de Fama” (five minutes of fame) competition on Super Estrella-107.1 FM morning show “La Regadera” and won by public vote. Most recently, Ignacio Val received a sponsorship offer by Gibson Guitars and has signed a management contract with Persistent Management a Los Angeles based company.
Ignacio Val is a singer/songwriter and performer with an extraordinary talent and true innate charisma that will put him well ahead of the competition.
