Are you in pain? The only way is to forgive and forget! Dont forget the memory. That is impossible. Forget living with the burder. Second forgive the one that caused you pain. Accept that they are a sinner just like you. All have sin and fallen short of God's glory. Some people may may never change. You will have to live with that. Third forgive yourself. Not for what they did but for holding everything in. Fourth let it go. Surrender it to God. You are not meant to carry such a burden.
