The Ignored was brought together october 2004 by Dumo! (yes we remember it!). We play punk with hardcore touches and melodic backings.
On the 7th of july 2006 we played our first gig and we can say we had a blast. Why did we take so long? A strike of bad luck including fire, water, members leaving and returning... During our blessed time, we have had the fortune to play with bands like The Bouncing Souls, Not Available, Venerea, SNFU, Dead To Me, Rentokill, In-Sane, Homer, Semi Komoly, Antillectial, For Japan our buddies from Face The Fax and a lot more.
We released our demo around new year 2006 (sold out). We recorded a 10 song split cd with our buddies from Face The Fax, released Februari 2008, available at our shows (only 6 euros)!
In August 2008 we crossed the borders for the first time to promote our split cd in country's like Germany, Austria, Switserland, Slovenia and Croatia.
Now, we're working on our first full cd! New songs are being written as we speak and we feel really good about these new songs! More info soon ...
