lol my midterm went like this:
1. I was organized
2. I did too much decoration on my apple pie
3. my chocolate cream pie was too salty (added like 1/16 ounces instead of a pinch X_X
4. I used the wrong plate from my cream pie. It was too big lol
5. the flavor in my apple pie was awesome (when I tried it, it was hard for me not to explode in happiness XD)

anyway, the next practical's gonna be hard as balls so I'll be working twice as hard to make up for the loss in this one ^-^

oh you're like me then! ^_^ except I have 1-2 classes. The cooking's going as expected, I forget the most important parts but I miraculously get the job done lol I have a midterm exam on tuesday already X_X just finished making the packet of the pies and sauces I'll be making as well as my timing on them. I've been practicing this whole weekend, I really hope my english sauce goes well, that's the toughest one on the list X_X
