Band was formed in 2002. in Zagreb, CROATIA and started out as a four piece. Reinforced with the coming of the second guitar, Igut became what it is today - Rock-Metal driven band. Raw power of guitars accented with powerful and infectious melodies supported by firm bass and pounding drums can (band
hopes) hardly leave anyone apathetic. Screaming, hard singing and brutal vocals on top give the band an additional razor sharp edge.
First official demo was recorded in 2003 titled Dreams Are Forever. At that time band was in an experimental phase still searching for it's sound and style with additional two members: second vocals and flute. (only on this release)
In the year of 2004 band moves forward and records a five songs mini album called More Than Words Can Tell.
The recording of two promo songs in 2005. Kill & Betrayal featured an evidence of the band's effort to evolve and mature, to define sound, to create more brute force, more energy...
Igut did a lot of live shows and festivals with bands like Dimmu Borgir, Hatebreed, Darkest Hour, Cameran, The Wage Of Sin, Shai Hulud, Malkovich etc. Live performances and touring were never a problem for the band.
And now we finally found what we were searching for all along...
"Eternities" contains songs which combine sorrow, rage, love, hate, passion, trust, betrayal, and our way of perception on all segments of life and death...
....yet, more is to be uncovered.
£leTriKa sounds completely different from any Metal band you have ever heard. The Brazilian rhythms and the Portuguese language added to the songs makes its style unique, giving birth to a new kind of Metal. If you are really looking for something new about Metal, you should check £leTriKa out!
Spletni portal RockLine (www.RockLine.si) v sodelovanju s postojnskim Rock Cafejem organizira natečaj za neuveljavljene skupine Epic RockLine Contest, katerega namen je spodbuditi glasbene talente in jim omogočiti predstavitev širšemu občinstvu ter popestriti glasbeno dogajanje na sončni strani Alp.
Usmeritev nastopajočih na natečaju je žanrsko omejena. Natečaj je namenjen izključno izvajalcem, ki igrajo rock ali žanre, ki so se iz njega razvili (rock, metal, hard core, punk, industrial..), morajo pa imeti posneto vsaj eno skladbo!
Zainteresirane skupine naj najkasneje do 16. novembra pošljejo avtorski material v uredništvo spletnega portala RockLine (na naslov info@rockline.si). Skladbe prijavljenih izvajalcev bo pregledala in ocenila strokovna komisija. Zasedbe, ki bodo dosegle zadovoljiv nivo kakovosti, bodo vključene na glavno tekmovanje, ki se bo začelo v četrtek, 3. decembra v prostorih Rock Cafeja v Postojni!
