................ Kalabashsound was created in November 2008 by Mikey (real name Mickael). Hailing from the Caribbean he's always been influenced by Reggae/dancehall music. However as a DJ you have to be able to entertain different crowds and he also specialises in Hip-hop, R&B with a sprinkle of Funky. DJ has always been his passion and he spends a lot of time in his 'studio' playing music and mixing. His ambition is to be able to play weeks in weeks out not only in London but abroad. Mikey believes in persistence and if you want something you have to work hard to get it and believe in yourself and Jah will Bless! He would like to thank all the people who supported his vision so far. Mainly his sidekick Julian who happens to be his nephew. He is the one responsible for the creation of this Myspace page and is also Kalabashound engineer. To all the people visiting this page or listening to Mikey's mixed cds right now big up yourself and remember never let anyone tell you you cannot.
