Two Northwest solo artists, Illaj & Mikey Vegaz, have teamed up with each other and Hi Rollerz Records to release the next monumental hip-hop album of the decade. The project is appropriately titled, "Fli Rock" and was released October, 2007 on Hi Rollerz Records/AKH Ent./Fli Boiz Entertainment. The duo has a prevalent presence on mixtapes across the nation and they have recently been featured in the August, 2007 issue of The Source Magazine as the Unsigned Hype. Their lead single, "80's Girls" began receiving radio attention across the country and is turned heads of major record labels as well as fans around the world. 2008 will bring the release of the duo's second album, Fli Rock 2 (also released on Hi Rollerz Records) which is a follow up to their first album which received a great review in The Source Magazine's Feb. 2008 issue. This time, Illaj & Mikey Vegaz have made it clear that they are industry mainstays as their new single, "Baby I'm Fli" is breaking through radio rotation in the Northwest and is quickly spreading across the nation as the anticipation for their new album Fli Rock 2 builds until it's release in July 2008.
