I love mysteries. I read books about strong women police officers or other professional women. Some of the authors I like are Janet Evanovich, Patricia Cornwell, J.A. Janice, J.D. Robb and many others.

I have many heroes which are the American soldier, policeman and women and firemen. Another group of heroes I admire are people who run animal shelters and rescue animals on a daily basis.

About me:

My husband and I are retired and loving it. I always said I would never stop working but found I like not having to get up with the chickens every day. I am still active though by selling at a number of sites on the internet. I have seven stores on ecrater.com.

My daughter is grown and lives in Chicago and has her own painting business called Painters Extraordinaire II. My only babies I have left at home are my cats, Bonnie and Clyde. We also have a spaniel mix dog that we just got at the shelter. She is a great dog and a sweetie pie.
