Long before I started and founded the label ILLIZIT MUZIK I was for the majority off the 90..s signed to various labels and played the part as lead rapper in foremost two crews...When it comes down to the European status,
my crew "Da Brigade" (1990-1997) is no doubt the most wellknown posse off that era. Back then I went by the name "Siege" and "Brigade" released two albums: First Blood (1993) and NorthernLightz (1996). The band could all so be found on a string off Europen Hip Hop compilations. So as lead rapper of
DA BRIGADE - Swedens first/premiere and by 1994 only export in rap , I am now many years later proud to have been a part off the "golden era" of European rap. Frequent trips to London where for example the legendary rapper/executive BLADE (369 INFLUENTAL) liked the FIRST BLOOD record and invited us to his crib in Newcross to chill! That is and will allways be a golden wicked memory! Two days after that a sitdown interwiew with top Hip Hop magazine , HIP HOP CONNECTION head editor Stewen Worthy, made us kids the first Scandinavians to fill a page in the european Hip Hop bible! Days of Grace, No doubt fuck now shit was fo reall!

By 1996, the double album NorthenLightz finally was ready. And Europe the one and only goal. Our label copped a sweet licencedeal for Europe with German giants SEMAPHORE! Shit was on! NOOOOOT!

After a dark year off imprisonment in 2002 , I decided to start the Swedish, Gothenburg based indie raplabel ILLIZIT MUZIK. For approx five years the rather small but very dedicated and effective recordlabel, just with an handfull signed talents such as, Gubb, ObnoXiuz, RicoWon, Calle P put the Westcoast on the map 4 reall! ILLIZIT was indeed and no doubt to say "second 2 none!"
With our heavy release rotation off Albums, Mixtapes and Music-videos (mainly between 03-08) and due to the facts that all got great publicity from the music industry/media in general aswell as from the ILLIZIT fans and haterz all over!
