I'm born near the very end of 70's my father grow me up with milk, chocolate and Jimy. when I was 8 I met Glan Miller and the swing, after them I became swing slave.
I start playing guitar with scout at mass and I discover reggea music.
Then when I was at the hight school I start playing drums, with Tino a wonderful person who was also in love with Jimy.
He introduced me in the new era of the latin jaz, so I became latin jaz's slave.
then I meet Him, one of the wonderful and brilliant sax player that the land lighted by the moon has ever seen: Julien Wilson.
I decided that jaz was the beautiful thing in the world, is chatting, is not just "swing".
IS NOT "SWING"!!!!!!
So I found my way, groove, madness and dreams.
Once I had a dream about Jimy that was s Caribbean.
Some years ago I meet IVO, a bass player, he was brilliant, he could play what I have in my mind just looking through my face.
I was still thinking about Jimy as a Carribean.
I have two great master, Giulio Dibenedetto and Enzo Romano, who teach me that music it's music, it's something linking geometry and movement, sovrasensibile and real world.
I was still thinking about Jimy as a Carribbean.
I try to do it.I'm growing up with techniques, rudiments and other musical skills, but I want just to explain what I can see with my heart's eyes.
I was still thinking about Jimi as a Carribbean and I found him.
His name is Daniele Piffa!!
