In 2004 began the madness known as Ill Vision. Founded by Joe Pelliciari and sister Pia Pelliciari, they had one goal in mind , to create such a force in heavy music that the world cannot forget it. Influenced by bands such as Pantera, lamb of god and Slayer, Ill Vision took that brutality and turned it into there own monster.
Finally finding a drummer in Paul Wachla, ( and later second guitarist Michael Buzzo) Ill Vision burst onto the live scene in 2005 , playing to some of the most enthusiastic crowds that Perth has ever seen , Ill Vision went into the studio and recorded the albums ‘Music to hate people to’ and later ‘Rise of the underground’, both having very successful launch nights (Including a sell out at the Amplifier Bar).
2007 saw Ill Vision starting to take major strides in the metal scene with new musical direction and sharing the stage with bands such as Psycroptic (Tas), Wish for wings (Vic), Ammity Affliction (Vic) Chaos divine and Pathogen.
In 2008 the worldwide recognition began, with help from myspace, but mainly due to guitarist Pia’s you tube videos, which not only secured them invitations to the 2009 NAMM convention in L.A, but also got Ill Vision some airplay on U.S radio.
