About Ilma Records

I created my layout at KillerKiwi.net

Ilma Records is a new finnish record label located in Turku and working under Sound Production Company Lehto & Tuppurainen. Concentrating on modern and creative music with surprising concepts, the releases are varying from extreme lo-fi to high-end hi-fi. But whichever at hand: The music, the sound and the albums have always been carefully produced from start to end.

Spring 2008 Ilma Records is releasing three new contemporary albums with very unique and internationally acclaimed Finnish artists. The first set of albums include improvised music with hints from jazz-, classic-, electroacoustic-, minimalistic- and freely improvised music. Ilma Records..s releases have been directly licensed to the excellent french record company æon, which is being distributed in Europe by Harmonia Mundi.

The first wave of AEON/Ilma Records albums hit the stores near you in april/may 2008!!!

All the albums come in digipack-format and include 12-page booklet with production notes.
