Bildwechsel is a an umbrella organisation for women+ in media, culture and art.
Based in Hamburg Bildwechsel acts as a platform and as an infrastructure which women+ can tap into to support and develop their own work / projects / ideas, to find out about the work of others, make connections, develop new initiatives and build up archival collections that represent their work and that of other women+.
Bildwechsel is holding different archives (for example over 7.000 videos and films are archived at the video collection.) and offers space, presentations and a forum in general for women+/media/culture for videos, films, fanzines, catalogues, music….
Bildwechsel is always looking for current film and video productions and other entries by professional amateurs and random observers to be on show in the archives and at Bildwechsel activities in Hamburg, Berlin, Warsaw, Budapest, Glasgow… and be shown as requested for interested festival organizers, activists, researchers and every other person that is making an appointment.

Am 22.10. solltet Ihr auf jeden Fall Euer Radio auf 96.0 stellen oder den Livestream auf tidenet.de anschmeißen um die Elbe Rhythm'N'Soul Show zu hören. Martin Crout hat sich Bendix, Inger und Paco in die Sendung geladen um ein wenig über Delicious Biscuits zu quatschen und vor allem um Euch schonmal musikalisch auf den Samstag einzustimmen.
Die Veröffentlichung der gemeinsamen Split-Single: BrokenHeartHotel wollen die Bremer Rap/Punk Formation Trennkost Ungeheuer und die Kölner Electro-Dub/Breakbeat Band Bam Bam Babylon Bajasch mit einem Konzert feiern.
Bam Bam Babylon Bajasch spielen einen Energie geladenen Mix aus Electro-Dub, Jungle, Breakbeat und Punk. Gesungen werden die oft politischen Texte auf deutsch und englisch. Dabei wird dann auch mal auf Kölsch getoastet. Das sie live mit großem Spaß auf die Bühne stehen haben sie dieses Jahr schon auf der Fusion bewiesen.
Trennkost Ungeheuer machen Rap mit deutschen Texten, fern üblicher Rap-Klischees. Im Vordergrund stehen persönliche Ansichten über politisches und Banales. Ab der hälfte ihres Sets verwandelt sich Trennkost dann in Diskordian Disko und präsentieren ihre Lieder im Punk/Hardcore Gewand. Ihrer Musik machen sie mit einem Musikprogramm für die Playstation1. Messedisko machen 80er punkstep mit metallton einflüssen.
