A tormented young man wanders the bustling metropolis in search of himself while his kin are being closely monitored and medicated. All but a few cunningly lured into supporting a Police State run by The Ministry. When a mysterious girl appears during midday curfew the young man is forced to contemplate time, death and the meaning of his existence.
