About me:
In home day care!! 1/4 mile from Everson Elementary School. Big fenced back yard. 2 blocks from park. Positive learning environment. I have 15 years experience as a pre-school teacher and as a nanny as well. I have taught pre-school here in Whatcom County as well as on the East Coast and been a nanny in both places.
I love kids. I have 4 nieces and 2 nephews. No kids of our own yet, but we want to establish the daycare now so that when we do have kids, we can be at home with them. I know how hard it is to trust someone with your kids. I assure you, here at Imagine, we are an extension of you, the parent.
I have been through a background check and I have references available upon request.
My rates are very competitive with others in the area and in this time of economic crisis I offer flexible rates to families that qualify which I am happy to discuss with you.
I graduated from WWU, with a double major in English and Journalism. Was accepted to Stanford University but only stayed there for a week before my niece called, I missed her so much I cried and transferred to WWU. I feel that family is more important then anything else.
I also went to Whatcom Community College and got an AA in early childhood development and education.
I would love to talk with you more in person, I know it is hard to trust an internet add, especially when it comes to your kids. Please come meet with us and let me help to raise your child when you aren't able to.
