2001年結成。taoとpepueによる音楽グループ。
LIVE DJは副島ショーゴ。
ドリーミーかつ情景を想起させるリリックをポストロック/エレクトロニカ以降を感じさせるトラックにのせて歌う。

なのるなもない（降神）、SUIKAなどの音源やライヴに参加のほか、様々なジャンルの音楽家達と共演。
現在、気鋭のジャズエレクトロニカバンドMASのリーダーであるヤマダタツヤ（Tyme.）をプロデューサーに迎え、才気溢れるクリエイター達が集結した待望の1stアルバムを制作中。
