Hmmmm... favourate book huh?  I think Id have to go with 100 Million Grandmothers - a collections of short stories by RA Lafferty.  Incredible surrealist oddities written by a bloke who is basically the Catholic C S Lewis.

Rob Bell is great as well though - Im going to see him speak at the end of the month.  Well looking foward to it.

Writing is amazing! Whats your favourate book?

Theres not much happening over here... I returned to my bands new CD release so its been pretty hectic. We're going to be on this mainstream daytime Christian radio show on Tuesday which is pretty weird for a band called 100 Philistine Foreskins. Not sure how thats going to pan out. Should be a giggle even if they just want to rip us ;)

Man - 15 hours in a car is serious business.  At least in a plane you can watch a film a get something to eat and stuff...

I work for an organisation called bethany Christian Trust taking care of homeless teenagers.  Its pretty cool.  When Its quiet I can pretty much do what I like and when its busy I can spend allot of my time watching DVDs or playing pool with the young people.  Most of the time its not like a real job.

    What do you do?
  • Jul 10 2009 5:09 PM

    Mmmmm... cake.

Im good right now - just got a wee bitty jet lag and trying to readjust ot being back at work. Heh heh heh - I call it work but all ive done so far today is have 1 meeting and then hit about on some message boards and stuff.

Getting home was pretty cool. It took us 24 hours of flights and hitting about in airports waiting for flights. I like airports though - so many people from all over the world all on their way some where else.

Luckily some mates put us up in Oaklahoma on the way to the airport (we flew out of Texas) so we had a break between the 10 hour drive and the flights. That would have been a killer.
