I'm an independent, outspoken, assertive, convivial and eternally optimistic woman who also happens to be a mother to 2 wonderful children. My children thankfully possess a lot of the same characteristics. :) My life has been far from easy and most of the hard times have been of my own doing. However, with each adventure, I have learned something new and taken that lesson with me to the next phase. I've been an IT/Telecom headhunter and Account Manager for the last 15 years. That too has had its ups and downs but I am grateful to have a career that allows me to comfortably support myself and my children. I've recently started working for myself after years of making everyone else rich. So far, so good. My children are my world. I love them more than I can even begin to express with words. My son Tyler is 15 and he loves music and skateboarding. He plays the guitar and the drums. He's a natural at both and I think he's incredibly talented. He's smart, handsome (even with all that hair!) and sweet. We love to joke around together, and we talk about teenager issues like girl problems, drugs, or just whatever is on his mind. My daughter Dixie is 6 and is as precocious as they come! She's incredibly perceptive and will likely shock you at some point. She's very artistic and loves to draw, paint, write and make crafts - especially jewelry. She loves Pokemon and can tell you just about anything you'd like to know about them. She has a beautiful smile (although it's got holes in it now!) and gives the best hugs and kisses.
As for love, I have lots of that in my life. And it's about time! :) My significant other is Michael. He's quite possibly the smartest, sexiest, sweetest man I have ever met. As a bonus, he's 6' 7" and plays bass guitar - which makes him ULTRA sexy. Rowr. Michael and I share the same philosophy of Love, Peace and Happiness. We recently celebrated 1 year together and honestly I have never been happier in all of my life. :)

I am going out of town...yeee haaww.....not this weekend..but next...and then again for Memorial Day weekend!! Sooo happy to get out of this town for a little while!!!
