About me:
I am Alastar, Immortal Guardian of all Mankind. I have lived two hundred lifetimes protecting you from the evil Legions of Casca, the legionnaire, whose spear pierced the side of the son of god at the crucifixion. A simple dice game is why I was condemned for eternity to walk the earth and battle the evil that surrounds you all.
I did not partake in the acts bestowed upon man's savior, but I did nothing to stop them; this was my undoing in the eyes of the almighty. Though I feel pain the same as any man, I am not allowed to rest until He returns. It is I who have been chosen to exorcise the evil of the world.
Once captured, I imprison these evil spirits to a place between the land of the living and the dead, a place you may know as purgatory. It is within my power to kill these demons; however, it is my mandate to bind them to this unholy place.
In my fight against evil, I met a mortal human in the same fight as me. His name is Eddie McLaurin. Eddie is the leader of a mortal group of humans who call themselves, the P.O.P.’s, The Protectors Of the People. In protecting humans from these evil spirits, the P.O.P.’s bind them to a plot of land that was inherited from Eddie's great-grandfather. Meeting Eddie has given me a place to bind my captured spirits. The spirits call this unconceivable place Purgatory; mortals call it Woods of Terror.
Eddie and I have joined forces to fight against this evil and terror. Casca and his reign of Terror have grown stronger as of late. You need to come and see these captured spirits, so you will know what evil lurks within the shadows. I want you to come and witness first hand what hatred, greed, and malice have wrought.
Do not fear the darkness; fear what lies within it!
