    IMPACT is the name of the band formerly called Destination Venus. The band started in 1994 in Stoke-on-Trent, rising from the ashes of local punk bands AWOL & KALUS. Rick on drums, Roblad on guitar, Stu on bass & Crabby singing. Destination Venus entertained the masses with their tuneful punk for a decade, releasing 2 albums along the way. A while after the demise of the band Rick, Rob & Stu started putting a harder sounding band together. After trying various people in the band, and Stu leaving Crabby was once again recruited, this time on bass. IMPACT was born.
