.. .. IMP Film Co is a London production company initially set up to get Perry's scripts 'off the page'. 'Love in the First Degree' was the first short film to be made and featured performances by Ed Sanders(Fear Factor, Extreme Makeover - Home Edition), Sophie Blake(Speedway) and Ewen MacIntosh(The Office).IMP Film Co. have feature film and documentaries in development and several television formats ready to present to commissioning editors.
IMP Film Co. travelled to India to support their second short production 'King of Kommunication' in Bollywood/Mumbai film festivals 18-21 Jan 07 featuring Stew Castledine(Ex Wimbledon FC Premiership footballer & team mate of Vinnie Jones, The Pink Panther '06) and Chantal Brown.
IMP Film Co. have also produced the promo DVD for BladeRun (You heard of Gumball? Try it on water!). IMP Film Co. produced 'Film of the Month' on Current TV - Bonfire of the Brands based on the book of the same name by author Neil Boorman and can be be viewed on http://www.current.tv.
IMP Film Co. have produced music promos for Matteo Scumaci 'Gloria' and Quasi 'Peace & Love'. Adds for My Little Eye and corporate videos for Braun, Nivea, Katie Price- Crystal, Kleenex, KitKat/Girls Aloud, London Fashion Week and Hyundai i30 amongst others.

The trouble is, he's never even met her. Humiliated by his so-called friend CHRIS one too many times, ADAM reacts with tragic consequences. He dreams of a life with Katarina, but with CHRIS on the scene, it can't happen in this life. This short was a development piece for a feature script 'Ghostman', written by Perry Stevens.Television

IMP are big fans of Elvis Presley, so we made a film about his two biggest fans. The production stills from 'King of Kommunication' featuring Chantal Brown (Storm Model Management) and Stew Castledine (Ex Wimbledon FC Premiership footballer, The Pink Panther) can be seen at www.impfilmco.com. King of Kommunication, a 9 minute short comedy, focuses on the relationship of the odd couple of Vince and Peggy, two hopeless romantic Elvis Presley fans who converse in 'The Kings' song titles. Whilst talking on web-cams to one another they receive an electric shock resulting in their ability to change and understand language at will. 'When I set out to write this film I wanted it to be about language. I wanted characters everyone could identify with, hence the Elvis fans. I wanted to experiment with euphemisms, explore body language and the way the muscles in the face work when speaking new languages and dialects. Most of all I wanted to make a film that was upbeat, universal and fun. Music (the international language) plays a very important part of the film and three original tracks have been recorded, co-written by Matteo Scumaci and myself (Heartburn Hotel House Band) in a 50s style'. Perry Stevens '06 King of Kommunication premiered at Curzon Soho London UK in August and screened at the Chili Festival in September 06. An interview and film clips were broadcast on AAG TV Pakistan in the same month. January 07 King of Kommunication was screened to enthusiastic audiences at the Mumbai International Film Festival in India.
