Music
Music is good. Local music is better. If you're a band or solo artist and want free publicity, e-mail jnark@theimpulseonline.com and we'll peddle your sound to millions of ears on our Soundcheck page. Check out the Soundcheck page at theimpulseonline.com
Movies
Television
Books
Personally, we're into magazines. Especially this really cool one called Impulse (you may have heard us mention it). Check it out at www.theimpulseonline.com

Heroes
The person who invented Halloween. Local musicians who have the nads to get up there in front of fickle fans and play their asses off because they are dedicated to the scene. Santa (because we still believe in getting presents) and, the Easter Bunny (Margarita has this thing with rabbits, even though we keep telling her it's not real). And, especially, anyone who has the guts to live life their way and not get pushed around - hell yeah!
OKAY! Listen up!
The powers that be kicked us out of print (yeah, it sucks. we know) That's why you haven't seen our boxes on the street or racks inside shops lately.
HOWEVER, we're still ONLINE.
Right now, we're piecing every thing back togther slowly but surely. So, here's what we want you to do:
FRIENDS — We're still here so continue to hit us up and let us know what's going on in your world.
LOCAL BANDS — We're going to begin adding all of you guys back on our SOUNDCHECK page. So, keep sending us your performance dates and pics from your wild nights out.
HOTTIES — Having a good time out with friends? Send us your photos we would love to post them here and on theimpulseonline.com.
NOW, it's gonna take a minute to get everything back up to speed but be patient. We'll get to you.
In the meantime, PARTY LIKE A ROCKSTAR!!
Check us out at www.theimpulseonline.com.
Look for us around town on the weekends -- check Myspace and the Impulse Online frequently for the bars/clubs we'll be visiting that week for our Shout Outs page.
Our staff is made up of all ages, men and women, married people and singles, a few locals, semi-locals and a couple who actually need to fly home for the holidays.
With a circulation of over 30,000, Impulse is targeted to the 20- and 30-something audience -- that's more than 160,000 young professionals in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester county areas alone. With that kind of demographic, we need to be diverse, and we're constantly looking for new ideas.
Who I'd like to meet: SOUTH JERSEY people and bands. Impulse staffers are all in their 20s and 30s and we reflect our readers. We bring you things you're interested in like music, movies, nightlife, fashion, shore things and more. But, we only cover the Philly and South Jersey region, so we want our friends to be from there, too.
If you have an interesting story, we'd love to profile you. If you have some awesome recipes for cous cous, come on down. New drink recipe? Let's get smashed on it! Wanna promote your band? Funny, so do we! So be our friend. You won't regret it!
