IM Radio is a new community based activist radio station located in Echo Park Los Angeles, CA, started by John Daily, David Cabrera, & others. It features Music, Talk, News, & Comedy programming. Its’ mission is to provide an alternative to corporate dominated media, create positive models for social change, and give voice to those disenfranchised by society at large.

Starting Sunday evening at midnight (12/07) IM Radio will be holding an On-Air DEMAND PEACE rally for one straight week, 24 hours a day for all seven days. Our hope is to demonstrate a unified objection to the Iraq war, illuminate the atrocities of war ignored by main stream media, and deter future aggressive behavior by this nation with the following action; a reading, without pause, of the name of every single person, (soldier & civilian, Iraqi & non-Iraqi, news people & private contractors, everyone…) who has died during this war. This list is so immense that we estimate it will take days just to read these names.
You can help us with this protest by recording yourself reading a portion of this list for 15 mins. Email the address below to receive a portion of the list assigned to you, and instructions on how to record yourself reading the names as well as how to email your recording back to us.
