I'm very eclectic when it comes to music. I pretty much like a little bit of everything except for country. But to give you an idea of what I listen to the most, here are some favorites: A Perfect Circle System of a Down Marilyn Manson Kittie Coal Chamber Mindless Self Indulgence Dj Enspire Missy Elliot Peaches Bethoveen E.S. Posthumus Buffalo Springfield
The list is endless.
Movies
Generally, I don't like movies that involve ghosts, and I'm more into thrillers, dramas and comedies. Examples: Ratatoullie Pan's Labrynth Fern Gully Requiem for a Dream Girl Interrupted Donnie Darko Boondock Saints Apocalypto A Bug's Life The Breakfast Club Most Disney Movies Tim Burton Films Jim Henson is amazing
This list always continues to grow.
Television
I don't really watch TV that much, so I really have no clue as to what my favorite show would be. But when I do watch TV, I like to watch House, Family Guy, America's Next Top Model, and the Simpsons.
Books
Once again, the list will never stop growing: White Oleander A Long Way Gone A Million Little Pieces Angels and Deamons A Fine Balance The Transall Saga Hatchet Angela's Ashes Before I Die Any Brian Jaques books Harry Potter (of course) William Sarabande's First American Series Sword of Truth Series
My name is Kathy and I'm a student at Brooks Institute of Photography. My life pretty much consists of photography, and.........well, thats pretty much it.
I'm one of those dorky people who get inspired by the little things and ends up making way too many goals for myself.
I highly respect some others that have helped me along the way. Dalit Baum, my feminist theories teacher, Swede Godfrey, and old gymnastics coach, Brett Tujague, my highschool AVID teacher, and Ralph Clevenger, probably the best photography teacher I've ever had.
Anyways, on a lighter note, I have:
--Red hair.
--A random freckle on the left side of my bottom lip always looking like i have food on my face.
-- An unnatural obsession with squid and any cute fuzzy creature that goes "squeak" in the night.
--A habit of making noises when I drive.
--A habit of making noises when OTHER people drive.
--And a tendency to repeat myself more than necessary.
Three! Three times!! Certainly not excessive :-P And I should've kept following your work... I always did in the past! Not that myspace is the best way to follow artist work. Are you still on DeviantArt?
I thought really hard about moving to New York or Boston too. That side of the continent and all... The northwest up here was ridiculously nice the last time I visited too! And doing study abroad programs would be phenomenal, but that means I'll have to tell the school that I wanna go for electrical engineering or philosophy or something besides recording engineering...
i haven't thought about it, but i have tons of pics printed, let me stare at it and think about it. i do wanna do something more to the moon. it looks, undone...to me. what do you think? i've been meaning to get ahold of you, thinking about doing a tattoo convention next year, not sure what month yet, they haven't announced it. feb or may maybe? i don't know, but i was thinking bout seeing if you'd come over, get some ink, work the convention? think about it
What? You don't like the barrage of advertisements with white teeth and perfect hair...?? Actually, I'm sure you like seeing that now that I think about it. You kind of HAVE TO watch commercials to see what kind of production they're doing if you ever want a job doing commercial photography. Part of being a self-representative for your own work is to know your audience. I'm assuming too much and thinking that you're even remotely considering commercial photography work though... How's that working out for you lately? I haven't got a a chance to look at your portfolios lately. I know I know! I'm lame... I'm busy. So sue me. Anything you especially proud of lately?
And now we have such easy resources, like hulu, that keep us hooked... Honestly, my parents cancelled our cable box and Hollywood Video decided to jack their prices way up. I'm without tele-entertainment for the most part.
Not that there's anything wrong with a good show!! Don't get me wrong... I'm just sickened with how much of my life I previously spent in front of a TV.
Sounds like you got hooked on that show like I got hooked on Heroes... Doesn't "How I Met Your Mother" wanna make you live with awesome roommates like them your entire life?!
