Where to start??? OK, all time favourite is U2. Longest standing (since a child although he died a long time before I was born) is Buddy Holly. Currently the list stands somewhere around REM, INXS, A New Revolution (see my friends for link to them), Loman (also see my friends for link), Linkin Park, Slaves on Dope (sadly together no more), Good Charlotte, Blink 182, Marilyn Manson, Korn, Bowling for Soup, Alien Ant Farm, Foo Fighters, and heading back to the 80s and 90s for The Wonder Stuff, Erasure, Deacon Blue and various dance and trance tunes (preferably played by the marvellous Judge Jules).
Rather an eclectic mix...have probably missed out loads...but if I can hear Bono or Buddy, I'm normally smiling :)
Movies
Horror, suspense, comedy, sci-fi, fantasy, animation. If something or someone dies, then I'm usually entertained. If something or someone makes me laugh, then same goes. BIG Spidey and X-Men lover tho!

Friends, Scrubs, Charmed, CSI (original, Miami and NY), X-files (pre-movie), Star Trek (any will do, but pref with Jean-Luc), Ed, Frasier, Cheers, Everybody Loves Raymond, Dr Who, 24, West Wing, Lazy Town (the Mum's out there will know why ;) ), BlackAdder, WLIIA (sadly no more, but I do go to the live original inspirational shows, so what do I care ;) ), football, Coupling (had the pleasure of meeting the gorgeous Richard Coyle at the weekend at the EdFest *swoon* - see below for one of my fav Coupling clips of Jeff), Catherine Tate Show, Have I Got News For You, Never Mind The Buzzcocks...actually, a lot of the comedy shows that are on :)

Books
Fav all time is Dracula by Bram Stoker. Re-read it every year and have been doing so since I was seven!
Otherwise am a HUGE fan of Anne Rice, especially the Vampyre Chronicles (so much so my daughter is named after two of the characters from these books!). Also particularly keen on Kathy Reichs.
Otherwise read comedy books (Ben Elton seems to always sneak his way in) or real life crime books (so am creepily stocked up on information about murders).
Have been converted to Michael Connolly, and finally succumbed to Dan Brown earlier this year...he only went and proved himself to be as good as the hype! How unfair is that!?!?!
About me: Been there, done that, bought the t-shirt, made the video...sadly now the wrong side of 30, but having the time of my life and am very very happy.
