A banda foi formada no inicio de 1999 sob o nome "Twilight Passion", por Ricardo Santos, e tinha como intuito resgatar certas influencias de musica erudita e tradicional.
Neste periodo inicial , foi gravada uma demo em cassete chamada "at moonlight", totalmente instrumental, e com fortes influencias de musica celta.
Após um periodo de hibernação, a banda volta a gravar agora contando com uma vocalista (Astéria), trazendo novas influencias uma vez que a vocalista provém da cena Black Metal, e é uma grande admiradora de bandas estilo death factory/cold meat.
O resultado se chama "Saepe et libenter nos ambulamos in umbra silvarum".
